Lisa Drouin Goff grew up in New Hampshire where she began dancing locally and then trained through high school with Sidney Leonard of Boston Ballet and Suzanne Taylor of NH School of Ballet.. She earned a full scholarship to Point Park University as a dance major and was a member of its in-house dance company. Moving to Boston and then NYC after college, she became a member of the Modern Jazz dance company Impulse, under the direction of Adrienne Hawkins. In Boston she taught for Boston College Dance Program ,Joy of Movement Centers, Boston Center for Adult Education, Natick School of Ballet. Moving to NYC she studied daily with Lynn Simonson, Frank Hatchett, Phil Black, and Finis Jhung. She also earned a scholarship to study with the prestigious Alvin Ailey School.
Lisa is most proud of the opportuities TPCD has provided for hundreds of students over the years to perform in NYC, Carnival Cruise to Bermuda, Boston, Montreal, Atlanta, Washington DC, Chicago, Myrtle Beach, Universal STudios and Disney World. along with the Student Aprentice program she started in 2014.
She attributes her passion for the art of dance in part to some very special teachers: Chuck Davis, Adrienne Hawkins and Lynn Simonson.

Emma is an alumni of TPCD and trained with us for 15 years. Emma also graduated from the Student Apprentice Program here at Turning Pointe in June of 2016. As a student Emma was cast in many leading roles Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker and Dolly in Hello Dolly among others. Emma is a familiar and loved face here at TPCD with her strong leadership qualities, upbeat personality and dance/performance abilities the students always enjoy her classes. Emma also teaches dance at Studio 109 Dance Voice & Drama in Rochester NH where she is their Performance Troupe Director.

Emily danced with TPCD for 10 years and participated in our Student Apprentice Program prior to graduating high school. Emily performed many roles while a student at TPCD among them Clara and Sugar Plum fairy in our annual Nutcracker and Swanhilda in Coppelia. She is a graduate of Dean College with a Bachelors degree in Dance and is currently working towards her Masters in Special Education. She is a member of "Onstage" dance company and teaches at Fortitude for Dance in Manchester NH. Emily's passion for dance and her positive/fun personality when it comes to merging two things she loves Dance and children is a terrific combo! Look for Emily in our Saturday classes.
Apprenticeship Program Students-
Kirsten Rasmussen a TPCD student in her 15th year and a Senior at Pembroke Academy. This is Kirsten's 4th year as a S.A.P. student and will graduate the program this June.
Angela Lemieux an 8th year student at the studio is in her second year in our SAP program she is a Sophomore at Pembroke Academy.
Emily Polsin a Senior at Pembroke Academy in her 7th year with TPCD will begin her apprenticeship this year.
